Hiram’s residential real estate clients benefit from the expertise he has gained participating in the sale of thousands of properties, not only locally but nationwide. A long-time Orange County resident, his focus has been diving into the several communities, getting to know the attributes of each community in order to truly help his clients win the real estate game. Hiram and his team also serve clients buy and sell homes throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties. “Attitude is everything,” says Hiram. He talks the talk, and walks the walk. Irvine is where she and Hiram have raised their family, through the Northwood schools, and it’s also been their home since 1993. Several years back, Diane realized that that on key element in the real estate transaction has been missing for a while. Customer Service! “True client services and taking care of sellers and buyers is nonexistent in the business. Most real estate agents miss the mark when it comes to truly taking care of their clients in a way that the customer deserves to be taken care of. It just isn’t there, much less giving the clients a concierge service”. Diane developed Concierge Services that truly sets the Aviles Real Estate Group apart from other agents or teams, with a focus on putting the customer’s needs first. Diane’s previous life with Delta Air Lines has taught her to pass on the absolute best in Customer Service. She has served as PTA President, community leader, and is a regular sponsor of many schools, sporting events/teams and other causes. When not busy helping their real estate clients, family or friends, they can be found out and about with family, traveling, hiking, with their dogs or out at the beach. People describe Diane in many positive and uplifting ways, but mostly “community, inspiring and all about others”.
